Job summary

Park's Motor Group in Stirling is inviting applications for a Sales Executive to convert telephone, digital and showroom enquiries into customers. You will work a 5-day week with comprehensive training across the Ford franchise and other brands, delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone, digital and showroom visitors to Park's customers by creating lasting relationships.
• Use systems and databases to check vehicle availability and understand customer needs.
• Liaise with the Product Genius to provide detailed vehicle information and arrange test drives.
• Assist customers in completing relevant paperwork and discuss add-on packages.
• Communicate with customers updating them on order progress.
• Carry out pre-delivery inspections and handover experiences.
• Work as a team to reach dealership sales targets.
