Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Controller or similar customer-focused sales administration role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and solution-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
• Qualify customer needs and match products and options accordingly.
• Demonstrate the most suitable options and guide customers to a test drive where appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Centre to provide seamless service and follow up opportunities (e.g. Fleet Sales).
• Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the appropriate specialist.
