Stellantis &You UK is recruiting for a Sales Administrator based in Sheffield. The role focuses on ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time across multiple sites, with emphasis on managing damaged/missing parts claims and secure data handling.

The successful candidate will support profitability and efficiency initiatives, use computerized systems efficiently, and maintain thorough document storage and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive network.
• Proficiency in word processing, database software, email and internet applications.
• Ability to complete paperwork on time and resolve discrepancies with each site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure paperwork is completed promptly and discrepancies resolved with each site.
• Process damage and missing parts claims promptly and accurately.
• Store and handle customer data securely in line with legal requirements.
• Meet deadlines set by Line Manager and company procedures.
• Use computerised systems effectively and ensure handwritten documents are legible.
• Support strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and service.
• Maintain filing and storage of documents.
• Receive and verify deliveries paperwork for parts and goods.
