Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited, operating Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz, is seeking a Sales Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. The role supports Sales Executives in a busy Mercedes-Benz division, handling stock records, document control, taxation of sold vehicles and invoicing to match orders.

Ideal candidates will be computer literate, self-motivated and work well in a team with a positive, proactive approach to service excellence.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must be computer literate.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining stock records ensuring they are accurate and up to date
• Ensuring we have all the correct vehicle documents (V5, MOT history, Service history and that they are recorded and filed securely)
• Taxing all sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Creating sales invoices promptly following a sale, ensuring that all the information matches the customer order form
• Checking the vehicle sales documents and ensuring we have received payment before releasing the vehicle to the customer
