Job summary

Lookers Limited is hiring a Sales Administrator at Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz to support the Sales Executives and keep day-to-day operations moving smoothly. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, a 37.5 hour week in a busy dealership environment.

The successful candidate will be computer literate, self-motivated and eager to learn, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude to help the team deliver first-class service.

Qualifications

• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock records accurately.
• Ensure vehicle documents (V5, MOT history, Service history) are recorded and filed securely.
• Tax sold vehicles prior to customer delivery.
• Create sales invoices promptly, ensuring information matches the customer order form.
• Check vehicle sales documents and ensure payment is received before releasing the vehicle to the customer.
