Job summary

Kia UK is seeking a data-driven analytics advocate who enjoys turning information into actionable insights. You will lead research projects, produce regular performance reports, and help forecast business outcomes across departments at our Walton-on-Thames HQ.

The role offers exposure to warranty analyses, dealer performance, and collaboration with the Service & Quality teams. A relevant course in business, commerce, or statistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for understanding Analytics and data insights.
• Willingness to learn and apply reporting best practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading research projects and competitor studies.
• Producing weekly and monthly activity and performance reports with insightful forecasting.
• Carrying out monthly warranty/claims analysis and monitoring dealer performance.
• Providing administrative support for warranty audit activity co-ordination.
• Collating monthly invoicing files for service programmes.
• Assisting the Quality team with new model service data and competitor research.
• Supporting Service & Quality and field teams with analysis.
