Job summary
Kia UK Limited is seeking an experienced automotive technical professional to support dealer partners with diagnostics, literature, and after-sales processes. You will help launch new models, ensure high-quality technical information, and collaborate across teams to improve tools and training.
The role involves UK travel and occasional overseas assignments, with flexible hybrid working and extensive employee benefits.
Qualifications
- High level vehicle technical knowledge required.
- Experience with OEM diagnostic tools and tech literature preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication across levels and teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide dealer support with tools, diagnostics and literature.
- Ensure high-standard technical information is produced and distributed.
- Offer after-sales support and training for new dealers and systems.
- Assist in launching new models and providing onsite event support.
- Collaborate with Kia teams and suppliers to improve tools and information.
- Support quality reporting and field issue investigations.
- Coordinate with training to identify dealer technician needs.
- Represent after-sales during peak periods as needed.
