Job summary

Group Lotus seeks a Production Controller for its Hethel site to keep production orders flowing smoothly. You will work with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to monitor progress, identify delays and coordinate containment actions to keep manufacturing on plan.

You will handle DRFs, align MES data with the Production Plan and support cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Basic engineering and/or automotive knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Track orders through the plant and identify delays with Production teams.
• Expedite orders to meet production and customer deadlines.
• Manage engineering containment activities and DRFs with shop floor teams.
• Ensure MES jobs and data align with the Production Plan.
• Generate and communicate CoCs for manufactured products.
• Collaborate across departments to obtain necessary approvals.
