Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Solihull is seeking a Production Controller to drive adherence to the delivery plan, manage machine level scheduling, and maintain ERP-driven planning. You will monitor production performance, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and support continuous improvement within the Rolls-Royce Production System.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets; ability to use functions like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables.
• Experience extracting, analysing, manipulating and presenting data to support business decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify trends and anomalies in data; produces accurate reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Production Controlling: ensure adherence to plan at machine level and prioritize in case of resource contention.
• Maintain planning systems and inbound SUBCON / supplier delivery commitments daily.
• Communicate delivery plans, measure SLA adherence, escalate issues when required.
• Coordinate with order controller on shortages/excess to protect the business plan.
