Ivor Searle Ltd is seeking an Automotive Powertrain Advisor to join its busy sales team in the United Kingdom. The role involves answering phone and email enquiries, quoting engines, turbochargers, gearboxes and cylinder heads, and processing orders.

You will use Sage 200 for order processing and invoicing, with training provided. Strong customer service and automotive parts experience are preferred; 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays are offered.

Qualificações

• Automotive parts experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to identify solutions.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or Sage 200; in-house training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately quote price and availability of engines, turbochargers, gearboxes and cylinder heads.
• Process sales orders using Sage 200.
• Raise final customer invoices.
• Liaise with returns department to arrange delivery of sold items.
• Carry out various administration duties.

A vacancy has arisen within our busy sales team for an Automotive Powertrain Advisor who ideally comes from an automotive parts/service environment.

• answer phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally;
• accurately quote price and availability of engines, turbochargers, gearboxes and cylinder heads;
• carry out sales order processing using our Sage 200 system;
• raise final customer invoices;
• liaise with the returns department to arrange delivery of sold items;
• carry out various administration duties.

Preferred Experience

• have automotive parts experience;
• have excellent communication and customer service skills;
• possess a positive attitude and display the ability to identify solutions to problems;
• have experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) or Sage 200, although not essential as full in-house training will be provided.
