Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a driven Parts Advisor for our busy Basingstoke parts department. You will accurately identify parts, manage inventory, and assist trade and retail customers at the counter and over the phone, ensuring workshop technicians receive the exact components they need on time.

Base salary £28,000–£32,000 per annum plus attractive team incentives and a wide range of benefits, including up to 33 days holiday, birthday off, Perkbox discounts, and enhanced pension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Motor Parts Advisor or Automotive Parts Specialist.
• Ability to accurately identify vehicle parts using cataloguing systems over counter + phone.
• Organised, systematic approach with strong IT, communication and customer care skills.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts accurately and manage inventory.
• Assist trade and retail customers over the counter and by phone.
• Ensure workshop technicians receive exact components on time.
• Support stock replenishment and parts availability.
