Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Organised and capable of basic administrative duties.
• Proven track record of helping to achieve parts sales objectives under pressure.
• Good IT literacy; knowledge of Keyloop is advantageous.
• Friendly, reliable and responsible with a team mindset.
• Full clean driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive parts advice and excellent customer service at the Honda dealership.
• Work efficiently on your own while delivering accurate parts sales support.
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain orderly records.
• Contribute to achieving parts sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist team members and operate as part of a cohesive unit.
• Utilise IT systems to look up parts and process orders.
• Adapt to varying customer demands and maintain satisfaction.
• Support the showroom team during busy periods and weekends if required.
