Job summary

BCA, the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service, is looking for a bodyshop technician to join our site operations. You will work within an experienced team to deliver high-standard finishes for customers, under supervision.

You will train junior technicians and play a key role in the workshop, with opportunities to develop within the BCA Academy. BCA is committed to inclusive recruitment and employee development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a Bodyshop (minimum 1 year).
• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for paint including masking, priming, sanding and panel cleaning.
• Ensure there are no defects on prepared panels.
• Support other workshop areas as needed.
• Assist with training of junior team members.
