Job summary

BCA Kingsnorth is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our permanent, on-site team in the UK. You will prepare vehicles for paint, masking and priming, while ensuring defects are eliminated and panels are meticulously finished.

In addition, you will support other workshop areas as needed and help train junior technicians, delivering high-quality workmanship in line with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to support junior techs and offer guidance when needed.
• Passionate about motors and pride in work to high standards.
• Ability to work independently on vehicles and make decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for paint – masking, priming, sanding and cleaning panels.
• Ensuring there are no defects on the prepared panels.
• Supporting other areas of the workshop where needed.
• Assisting with training of junior members of the team.
