Job summary

Strata in London is seeking an Operational Lead to head the Automotive team. The role is hybrid with offices in London and Brackley, with travel as required, and a strong emphasis on people leadership and operational excellence.

You will cultivate a high-performing team, manage resource planning, governance, and stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement to deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership or operational management experience in events/marketing/client services environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to implement operational processes and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of account, project, and operational professionals within the Automotive division.
• Own resource allocation and capacity planning across automotive accounts and programmes.
• Establish and maintain operational processes, governance, and reporting across the team.
• Build strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders and act as escalation point for operational challenges.
• Support workforce budgeting and forecasting and drive continuous improvement.
