Job summary

Glen Callum Associates Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and strengthen a UK distributor network within the Automotive Aftermarket.

You will influence key players across the industry and manage relationships with Motor Factors, ITG Buying Groups, and distributors across Passenger Car and CV verticals. The role requires hands-on Aftermarket experience, regional travel across the UK, and a drive to grow with a global OEM manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Aftermarket sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of parts distribution from suppliers to end users.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders from boardroom to garage.

Responsibilities

• Build, support and strengthen a UK Distributor Network.
• Influence key players across the Aftermarket industry including Motor Factors and ITG Buying Groups.
• Develop relationships with Aftermarket Distributors across Passenger Car and Commercial Vehicle channels.
• Willingness to travel regionally including overnight stays.
