Igloo Ltd in Upper Heyford is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support a busy logistics team, coordinating vehicle movements and deliveries and handling day-to-day planning. You will liaise with drivers, arrange dealer bookings, update systems and provide general admin support.

The role is on-site with weekly pay during probation, onsite parking and long-term opportunities within a leading automotive business.

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience is essential.
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Willing to learn and develop within a logistics environment.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Reliable with a proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the logistics and planning team with daily operations
• Liaising with drivers regarding vehicle collections and deliveries
• Assisting with planning driver workloads and schedules
• Arranging dealer bookings for vehicle repairs and maintenance where required
• Rearranging deliveries and collections when operational changes occur
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Responding to telephone and email enquiries
• Providing general administrative support to the logistics team
