Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy automotive operation in Birmingham (B6). The role emphasizes accurate stock control, data handling and the use of SAP and other internal systems.

You will maintain stock records, generate Excel-based reports and support continuous improvement across warehouse administration. The position is full-time with early/late shifts and a pay rate of £15.16 per hour plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration or logistics administration.
• Strong Excel skills and data-handling experience.
• SAP knowledge or willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Use Excel to manage, analyse and update warehouse data.
• Update information through SAP and other internal systems.
• Monitor stock movements, discrepancies and inventory levels.
• Support stock checks and inventory control processes.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure system records match physical stock.
• Produce reports and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and logistics teams.
• Ensure information is processed accurately and within timescales.
• Support continuous improvement across warehouse administration.
