Job summary

Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is seeking a Warehouse Administrator / Material Analyst in Birmingham to support a high-volume automotive supply chain. The role is full-time and temporary, with rotating shifts 06:00–13:30 and 13:30–21:00. You will manage stock, use Excel for data handling, and update SAP and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, stock management or logistics administration.
• Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge desirable, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
• Using Excel to manage, analyse and update warehouse data.
• Updating and processing information through SAP and other internal systems.
• Monitoring stock movements, discrepancies and inventory levels.
• Producing reports and maintaining warehouse documentation.
• Working with warehouse, production and logistics teams.
