Job summary

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator on a 6-month contract to support movement of materials and finished goods, ensure inventory accuracy, and assist day-to-day operations on site at Sheet, England.

The role requires strong SAP and Excel skills, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to work in a busy warehouse environment while maintaining quality documentation and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Previous warehouse, inventory or materials administration experience.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience working with procedures and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily stock movements and TO/TR conversions within SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory, bin locations and warehouse systems.
• Support cycle counts and stock accuracy activities.
• Identify and manage risks that could impact production or customer shipments.
• Maintain warehouse procedures, training records and quality documentation.
• Assist with waste and scrap processes.
