Job summary

Peaple Talent, in partnership with a top-tier Automotive company, seeks a Forecast Lead to own the automotive market view, lead residual value forecasting and deliver insights shaping pricing, risk management and commercial decisions.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders to ensure robust forecasting, support quarterly vehicle revaluations, and drive asset risk management across the business. Hybrid London role with strong progression potential.

Qualifications

• Lead the development and delivery of long-term automotive market forecasts.
• Own residual value forecasting and analytical processes.
• Provide strategic insights affecting pricing and risk decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of long-term automotive market and used vehicle residual value forecasts.
• Provide strategic insight that influences pricing, fleet valuation and financial risk decisions across the business.
• Own the forecasting models, assumptions and analytical processes that underpin key commercial decisions.
• Drive forecasting best practice, governance and continuous improvement, using internal expertise and external market insight to enhance decision-making.
• Be experienced with Forecasting & Statistical Modelling eg. Regression
