the company, based in London, is seeking an experienced Automotive Product Manager to own the roadmap across decisioning, pricing and dealer experiences. You will work with Sales, Credit Risk, Technology and Operations to turn challenges into a focused product strategy.

This senior individual-contributor role offers influence across a business where the best ideas win through evidence and judgment, with a hybrid London presence 2–3 days per week.

Qualificações

• Experience owning commercial outcomes in product, lending or regulated environment.
• Ability to balance volume, profit margin, cost, loss rates and customer outcomes when making decisions.
• Ability to get close to raw data, conduct basic analysis and use evidence to frame a recommendation.
• Experience delivering technology change through a cross-functional team.
• Prioritise confidently with competing demands and limited capacity.
• Influence without formal authority and move ideas forward.
• Communicate crisply in writing for senior audiences and stakeholders.
• Track record of customer or partner discovery and turning insight into action.
• Comfort working in regulated environments with Risk/Compliance/Legal involved.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Automotive product roadmap and make trade-offs across growth, margin, loss rates and partner needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Credit Risk on dealer strategy, rate cards, decisioning and growth.
• Meet dealers, brokers and intermediaries to understand blockers and turn insight into product decisions.
• Use data to investigate performance, test hypotheses and build simple models.
• Prepare clear business cases and committee papers for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology to define, sequence and deliver changes.
• Improve operational journeys, reducing avoidable cost and friction.
• Spot market developments and translate them into practical opportunities.
