Job summary

Porsche Cars GB is offering a 10‑month placement in Reading to support the Service Qualification department with network communications and training calendar management. The role involves liaising with Porsche Centres, administering the PALMS Learning Management System and coordinating training resources and schedules.

Qualifications

• Studying a Business Events or Communications-related undergraduate degree.
• Excellent level of PC literacy, including MS-Office, Excel and Word.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a direct contact between Porsche Dealer Network and Porsche Cars Technical Training for day-to-day enquiries.
• Maintain and administer the PALMS platform with Training team; ensure accuracy of staff status, yearly training schedule and bookings.
• Proactively manage the Learning Management System, ensuring data integrity and usability; research and project-manage changes.
• Coordinate training resources including venues, calendar and delivery equipment.
• Manage communications with all training delegates.
