Job summary

DEKRA Automotive Ltd seeks an Automotive Repair Quality Specialist to support Volkswagen Group's Authorized Repairer network, diagnosing complex vehicle issues and ensuring repairs meet high standards.

You will review cases, collaborate with retailers and manufacturer specialists, and apply hands-on diagnostic expertise to reduce repeat inquiries and enhance customer experience across the retailer network.

Qualifications

Proven diagnostic ability across vehicle systems with emphasis on electrical/electronic systems.
Experience in vehicle repairs and repair quality control practices.
Good verbal and written communication, high attention to detail.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and remote support to assist retailers with technical issues and process adherence.
Collaborate with workshop technicians and manufacturers' technical support teams via defined channels.
Support solution development to reduce inbound contact and improve repair quality.
Demonstrate commitment to DEKRA Automotive Ltd's Environmental & Quality Management System.
