Job summary

DEKRA Automotive Ltd is recruiting an Automotive Repair Quality Specialist to support Volkswagen Group's Authorised Repairer network, providing expert technical guidance to diagnose complex vehicle issues and ensure repairs meet the highest standards.

Joining the Technical Support Team, you will review cases, work with workshop technicians and OEM specialists, and use hands-on diagnostics to enhance repair quality and customer experience across the retailer network.

Qualifications

Proven success in diagnosing a range of vehicle systems with emphasis on electrical/electronic systems.
Extensive experience in vehicle repairs.
VW Group Accredited Technician or higher is an advantage.
Experience with VW Aftersales and Diagnostic Systems ELSA & ODIS is an advantage.
Confident in technical issue resolution and warranty procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and remote support to assist retailers with identifying technical product issues and ensuring adherence to processes.
Collaborate with retailers' technicians and the manufacturers' technical support teams via specified channels.
Develop solutions to reduce inbound contact and improve repair quality based on practical workshop experience.
Demonstrate commitment to DEKRA Automotive Ltd's Environmental & Quality Management System.
