Job summary

Expleo in the United Kingdom is seeking an Automotive Diagnostics Integration & Test Engineer to support the integration, validation, and delivery of diagnostics systems across vehicle programmes. You will work with the integration, automation, manufacturing, and diagnostics teams to ensure robust diagnostic coverage and high delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Automotive Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant training or certifications in automotive diagnostics, testing, or validation are advantageous.
• Must understand the System Architecture & SW Architecture for ADAS Degradation, Fault Monitoring, Fault Propagation & Fault Reporting.
• UK Driving Licence: Class 3 & 3PG will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration and validation of automotive diagnostics systems across vehicle programmes.
• Execute system-level diagnostics tests and component-level diagnostics tests as required.
• Author, review, and maintain diagnostics test cases in line with programme requirements.
• Contribute to diagnostics test automation activities to improve test efficiency and coverage.
• Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide clear, actionable data to support engineering decision-making.
• Log, track, and support the resolution of diagnostics-related issues through to closure.
• Collaborate with integration, automation, manufacturing, and diagnostics teams to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Support continuous improvement of diagnostics validation processes, tools, and methodologies.
