Job summary

Mantra Learning is seeking an Automotive Development Coach to join its Manchester-based team. The role involves building strong relationships with learners and employer partners to ensure consistent progress and secure new opportunities within garages for placements and apprenticeships.

Salary is £27,000–£29,000 per annum, full-time, based in Moorclose, Rochdale. You will deliver training aligned with endpoint assessment requirements and support learners throughout their journey with

Qualifications

Math and English level 2 or equivalent.
Educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent (Desirable).
Assessor/ teaching award (Desirable).

Responsibilities

An Automotive Development Coach builds strong learner and employer relationships to ensure progress.
Deliver training elements in line with End Point Assessment requirements.
Secure opportunities within garages for placements, pathways and apprenticeships.
Maintain centre records and document learner progress accurately.
Support enrolment and sign-up paperwork, then conduct reviews.
Drive learner progress, address concerns and achieve KPIs.
Support ALS needs and ensure timely learner journals.
