Job summary

Webrecruit is looking for a flexible, experienced candidate to join our automotive retail centre in Burgess Hill. The role requires managing own workload with excellent communication and a customer-first approach to ensure high service standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets and KPIs, maintaining centre cleanliness, recruiting and training staff, and overseeing service and repairs across all vehicle makes. A proactive mindset and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to manage own workload.
• Flexible approach to tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
• To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
• To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
• Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
• Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
• To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
