Job summary

Webrecruit in the United Kingdom is seeking a customer-focused role within a busy automotive retail centre. The role requires managing workload, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales KPIs while keeping the centre clean and well-maintained.

You will recruit and train staff, perform vehicle service and repair tasks, support other centres as needed, and adhere to Health & Safety, compliance, and stock control policies. Uniforms are provided and must be maintained.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload, be an excellent communicator with proven experience of working in a busy retail environment in an automotive setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
• To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
• To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
• Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
• Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
• Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
• Support other Centres, when asked, when necessary
• To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
• To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
• The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
• Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
