Job summary

GI Group are recruiting 20 Assembly team members to join McLaren Composites in Catcliffe, Rotherham. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on a rotating basis.

Pay rates start at £13.98 per hour up to 37.5 hours (AM), rising to £14.94 for rotating shifts, with overtime £22.40 on Saturdays and £29.87 on Sundays/bank holidays. Full training is provided, some experience in similar environments would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly/production environments preferred.
• Quality checking at each stage of the process required.
• Ability to follow processes and adhere to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to follow a defined process.
• Quality check each stage to meet high standards.
• Move car body parts using manual handling and lifting aids.
• Adhere to site health and safety rules at all times.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and quality.
