Job summary

Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd is seeking Skilled Assembly Operators for a 37-hour week in the automotive/aerospace/manufacturing sectors. Candidates should have experience in mechanical assembly, be able to follow written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate health and safety awareness.

2-cycle shifts initially, then 3-cycle rotational shifts, with overtime as needed. Role requires using measurement equipment, hand/power/air tools, and reading drawings.

Qualifications

• 2 years of assembly experience (required)
• Manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
• Health and safety awareness in the workplace is essential

Responsibilities

• Assemble safety-critical products with 100% accuracy
• Assemble medium to heavy components requiring dexterity
• Use measurement equipment properly
• Operate hand, power, and air tools
• Work as part of a team and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Meet production demand and work overtime when required
• Read drawings and follow procedures
