Job summary

NewCold Group in Wakefield is seeking an Operator to monitor our automated warehouse systems and ensure safe, efficient operation. The role involves fault response, maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement across equipment and processes.

The successful candidate will have a good grasp of warehouse logistics, be proactive, safety-focused, and comfortable using warehouse software. A strong team player with clear communication is essential. The shift pattern is 4 on/4 off (days/nights).
