Job summary

The Best Connection is hiring Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced distribution centre in Radcliffe. You will pick and pack goods using handheld scanners, operate EPTs and pump trucks, and load items into roll cages, while meeting performance targets and following safety procedures.

Shifts include early mornings with no night shifts; induction is required. Must be physically fit, comfortable in cold environments, and able to work weekends and overtime. Onsite facilities enhance the working day.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience (essential).
• Comfortable in chilled/freezer conditions.
• Physically fit for a demanding role.
• Basic numeracy & literacy skills (testing required).
• Willing to work weekends & overtime.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack goods using handheld scanners.
• Operate EPTs (Electric Pallet Trucks) & pump trucks.
• Load goods into roll cages.
• Meet performance & accuracy targets.
• Follow all health & safety procedures.
