Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking a Test Engineer to join the engineering team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products. You will work with developers, product owners, and other engineers to define test strategies and continuously improve testing practices.

The role requires hands-on automation experience using .NET/C# or Java, along with strong collaboration in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with test automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across web, API, and backend applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and regression test suites.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive and regression testing activities.
• Create robust, maintainable, and reusable automated tests using C#/.NET or Java.
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Test REST APIs and integrations between applications and services.
• Analyse requirements and acceptance criteria to identify test scenarios, risks, and potential defects.
• Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Maintain accurate test documentation, test evidence, and defect reports.
• Contribute to the improvement of test processes, frameworks, tools, and overall quality practices.
• Support non-functional testing activities, including performance and reliability testing where required.
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, risks, defects, and overall quality
