Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, is seeking a lead Quality Engineer to define and drive the QA strategy across client projects in a fast-paced delivery environment. You will guide automation, shift-left testing, and CI/CD practices while partnering with development and delivery teams to elevate quality.

The role requires hands-on testing leadership, strong communication, and the ability to mentor QA engineers in complex, public and private sector engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA teams and delivering test and process improvements.
• Hands-on automation experience with modern frameworks and tools.
• Experience collaborating with developers, business stakeholders and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Quality Engineering approach across Solirius and clients.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA and test strategies.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams.
• Drive test automation, CI/CD, and continuous testing.
• Coach, mentor, and develop QA and SDET engineers.
• Manage QA resources and priorities across projects.
