Job summary

Solirius Reply, part of the Reply Group, seeks a driven QA/Automation Lead to shape the quality engineering strategy across client projects. You will lead functional, API, and end-to-end testing, driving CI/CD and shift-left practices while mentoring QA engineers within a cross-functional team.

Based in London/Greater London, you will collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation testing with strong API testing experience.
• Experience leading QA teams in fast-paced delivery projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and shift-left practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the Quality Engineering approach across Solirius and client projects.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve QA and test strategies.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams.
• Drive test automation and CI/CD integration; promote quality throughout SDLC.
• Coach and mentor QA/SDET engineers; manage resources and priorities.
• Develop scalable test automation frameworks and regression suites.
• Lead functional, API, integration, and end-to-end testing; encourage dev-led testing.
