Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming and fault finding experience.
• Experience across multiple PLC, HMI, and SCADA brands.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential automation support to maintain system integrity during breakdowns and installations.
• Troubleshoot faults and identify root causes.
• Define and implement system modifications with clients.
• Conduct health checks on PLC, HMI, SCADA and networks.
• Provide remote and on-site customer support across the UK.
• Join the on-call rota with out-of-hours coverage.
