Qualifications

• Background in engineering, automation, or process control systems.
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation solutions.
• Experience within a systems integrator, engineering, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in quotations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical proposals and tenders for PLC & SCADA systems and full turnkey projects.
• Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand requirements.
• Define technical solutions and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Build and maintain quotation cost spreadsheets.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for pricing and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and well-presented.
• Support approvals with Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Develop customer relationships and respond to enquiries.
• Maintain high standards of written documentation and technical clarity.
