Job summary

Proactive Global is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a fully automated warehouse environment. You will maintain, repair and support conveyors, lifters, cranes and monorail systems to keep the automated process running safely and efficiently.

The role involves planned servicing and repairs, fault-diagnosis across mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, and accurate record-keeping for all maintenance tasks. shifts include one Saturday in four with 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated systems or material handling equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical and electronic drawings and manuals.
• Experience with CMMS for maintenance scheduling and fault logging.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned servicing and maintenance of automated equipment.
• Complete scheduled repairs per manufacturer guidance.
• Respond to faults to minimise downtime and record work accurately.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and improve site processes.
• Fault-find across mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate maintenance activities.
