Royal Mail is recruiting an Automation Maintenance Engineer for the Midlands Super Hub in Crick to safeguard and optimise cutting-edge automation systems. The role covers a 40-hour week with a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends as required to meet 24/7 operations.
You will perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance, drive improvements from concept to implementation, and collaborate with engineering leaders to log faults and produce reports.

In this role your potential earning will be over £54,000 per annum.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Shift attendance equates to 40.00 hours per week - Full time.
The successful candidate will be required to follow the location’s shift rotation system, as outlined below with some degree of flexibility to meet our 24/7 operational needs on occasion, including voluntary overtime coverage and occasional shift pattern flexibility.
The role will cover early, late and night shifts
The role will cover an 8 week rota of 2 weeks days and 2 weeks nights and will include weekend working example rota below.
