What Is The Opportunity

This is a rewarding role for a highly technical lead passionate about transforming manual tests, tasks, and processes into automation scripts for on-demand execution. You will help reduce manual execution time and costs across various projects within the factory, gaining exposure to a range of systems in the Corporate & Commercial banking sector. Apply your creativity to solve technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.

In This Role You Will

1. Create automation strategies and plans focusing on ROI for assigned projects.
2. Challenge traditional manual approaches by engaging in constructive dialogues with collaborators and promoting a mindset shift.
3. Manage CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation into these pipelines.
4. Conduct code reviews following the bank's standards.
5. Be hands-on in coding, scripting, and reporting activities.

What Will Make You Stand Out

We seek a highly motivated leader with a positive attitude, 7+ years of automation experience, and a proven ability to foster a positive environment. Banking or financial services background, especially in Capital Markets, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting, is essential. Proficiency in Java and Python, along with experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Appium, and Karate, is required. You should have experience automating data operations and integration points between systems.

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Scripting skills in Shell, PowerShell, and Python.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, UFT, and BrowserStack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

The Engineering & Delivery team is responsible for building, testing, and implementing critical systems, working closely with Change and Technology Services teams.
