Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Automations Engineer to scale our influencer and creator marketing program. You will own the automation layer end-to-end, designing, building, and maintaining workflows and integrations that let a lean team manage thousands of creators with minimal manual effort.

The ideal candidate bridges no-code/low-code platforms with custom code (Python/JS) and APIs, focusing on reliability and clean data.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic.
• Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows.
• SQL proficiency for data validation.
• Systems thinking with focus on reliability and clean data.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in scrappy, high-ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Own automation layer end-to-end across influencer marketing workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations and webhook triggers.
• Ensure reliability, error handling, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and data/BI.
• Validate and troubleshoot data (SQL) and document workflows.
• Support onboarding, contracts, content tracking and reporting automation.
