Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Automations Engineer to build the systems that run our influencer and creator marketing program at scale. You’ll own the automation layer end-to-end: designing, building, and maintaining the workflows and integrations that let a lean team manage thousands of creators without manual busywork.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable in no-code and low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and writing custom code (Python or JavaScript) against APIs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom logic and API work.
• Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
• SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Systems thinking with emphasis on reliability and clean data.
• Familiarity with secrets management, authentication and basic security practices.
• Clear communicator capable of partnering with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create automations that query social platforms and databases for relevant influencer profiles.
• Automatically sync CRM data with the team’s database and onboarding materials.
• Generate and route contracts, onboarding packets, and brand guidelines via automation.
• Auto-fill creator details into legal templates and route for e-signature.
• Trigger reminders via Slack or email for posting deadlines and content reviews.
• Log content posts with live links through APIs and central dashboards.
• Aggregate performance metrics from social APIs for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Compute ROI and automate payment status alerts to creators and finance.
