Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Social Media Manager to own the social presence across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands. You will manage content across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord, plan calendars, record and edit video, and optimize performance with data-driven insights.

You'll write platform-native copy, collaborate with AI creative teams, and push growth through engaging formats designed for creators and marketers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media accounts for a tech or creative tools company.
• Ability to do lightweight video editing and format content per platform.
• Proven copywriting skills for platform-native posts.
• Strong understanding of social analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience coordinating content across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI-native branding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Discord.
• Coordinate with AI creators and product teams to capture product moments and adapt into assets.
• Record and edit content using Screen Studio, add text and motion overlays for each platform.
• Grow and manage the Discord community and spark conversations.
• Plan and execute content around launches and product updates.
• Source creator work and coordinate campaigns with partnerships and marketing teams.
• Monitor analytics and use insights to refine strategy.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and adjust the brand voice accordingly.
• Maintain a consistent identity across channels.
• Engage with the community and surface feedback.
• Iterate formats to showcase product capabilities to creators and marketers.
