Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting Microsoft cloud apps in a business environment.
• Experienced administering a customer relationship management system.
• Built a workflow or an automation yourself and understood why the business needed it.
• Comfortable talking to a frustrated director and reading log files.
• Organised and able to hold multiple tasks and know which matters most.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support across Microsoft cloud applications, including administration, mail services, identity and remote access.
• Troubleshoot and support the CRM platform day-to-day.
• Build and maintain workflows, dashboards and automations, not just raise tickets.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, user accounts and permissions; administer SaaS tools.
• Escalate issues to the wider technical team and implement lasting fixes.
