Qualifikationen

• Two years (or more) supporting Microsoft cloud applications in a business environment.
• Administered a customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Built a workflow or an automation yourself and understands its business need.
• Comfortable talking to directors and reading logs.

Aufgaben

• Provide front-line support across Microsoft cloud applications, including administration, mail services, identity and remote access.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and support users on the CRM platform.
• Perform real configuration work, build and maintain workflows, dashboards, and automations.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, user accounts and permissions, and general SaaS administration; escalate to the wider team when needed.
