Job summary

Cybit is seeking an Automation & AI Engineer to drive automation workflows and AI-powered solutions across IT operations. The role focuses on automating processes, building agentic AI systems, and maintaining scalable platforms from concept to production.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, resilience, and decision‑making while ensuring secure and governed solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripting solutions for system administration and automation.
• Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows.
• Experience managing and supporting Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms for remote monitoring, patch management, software deployment, alerting, and endpoint automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation workflows and AI-driven solutions.
• Own and continuously improve ITSM/CRM platforms, ensuring reliability and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into automation and AI-enabled improvements.
