Location of Works: South London & Surrounding Areas. Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 per year (DOE).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with automatic doors and gate systems.
• ADIA or ADSA qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain automatic doors, gates and barrier systems.
• Carry out fault finding and repairs efficiently.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Inspect automated systems and identify maintenance requirements.
• Complete accurate service reports and job documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations.
• Participate in the on-call rota and overtime when required.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times.
