4way Recruitment Ltd. in London is supporting an established engineering company to recruit an Automatic Door Engineer. The role covers installation, service and repair of auto doors, gates and barriers across London and the South East.

You will perform planned maintenance, fault finding and surveys, ensuring high quality workmanship, clear reports, and strong customer relations while complying with health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with automatic doors and gate systems.
• ADSA or ADIA accreditation.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Flexible, positive attitude with commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair automatic doors, gates and barrier systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and fault finding.
• Survey and inspect automated systems.
• Complete accurate job reports and timesheets.
• Work in line with all Health & Safety procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rota and overtime when required.
• Deliver a professional service and maintain excellent customer relationships.
