Qualifications

Experience in an IT support function within an automated warehouse is desirable.
Warehouse Automation software testing experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with project teams and external partners.
Ensure uptime for Warehouse Management System.
Coordinate software incidents across DC applications.
Manage partners within contract guidelines according to SLAs.
Adhere to change control procedures.
Test and support deployment for site applications.
