Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced automated environment.
• Experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience in raising tickets to third-party vendors.
• Ability to prioritize tickets based on business need/impact.
• Experience in an IT support function within an automated warehouse is desirable.
• Warehouse Automation software testing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project teams and external partners.
• Ensure uptime for Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate software incidents across DC applications.
• Manage partners within contract guidelines according to SLAs.
• Adhere to change control procedures.
• Test and support deployment for site applications.
